The Demi Chef de Partie will need to work closely with a talented and friendly team to ensure service times run smoothly and the kitchen high standards are maintained. The restaurant serves 3 AA Rosette fine dining a la carte and tasting menus from 6.30 to 8.30 each evening, Sunday lunches, and afternoon teas. The menus are regularly changing and consist of modern British dishes cooked to award winning standards, using fresh seasonal produce locally sourced.
Requirements:
A very strong Commis Chef or Demi chef de Partie who have good experience working in high quality, fresh food kitchens. It is essential that you have had good solid training in classics and modern techniques. A chef who is looking to enhance their career in a professional but laid-back kitchen.
