About the Role
Working closely with the Chief Operating Officer and wider school staff, you will support a range of HR and administrative functions that help ensure the smooth running of the school. This role offers variety, responsibility, and the chance to make a meaningful impact within a close‑knit community.
Key Skills & Experience
We are looking for someone who brings professionalism, initiative, and a warm, approachable manner. You should have:
1. Previous experience in HR administration or a similar role (experience in the education sector is desirable)
2. Strong organisational and time‑management skills
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
4. Confidence using Microsoft Office and HR systems
5. The ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Qualifications
6. SQA Highers or equivalent
7. HR‑specific certification at Level 3 or above (e.g., CIPD in People Practice) is desirable
Working Hours & Conditions
8. Part‑time:25 hours/week
9. Term-time plus 15 days
