Job Description Provide vital support in the preparation of the monthly management accounts in a timely and accurate manner Cash Flow Forecasting Work with Assist with monthly payroll activities Involvement in business improvement projects, as directed and as identified autonomously Develop and implement strong controls and procedures within the finance area, providing a strong base for the continued rapid growth of the business Continuous improvement of systems and process Qualifications A minimum 2:1 degree in mathematics (achieved or expected) Passion, ambition, and drive to succeed Evidence of some work experience or extra curricular activities is a plus A creative, problem-solving mindset with the ability to innovate Strong communication skills and confidence to present ideas to senior leadership Adaptability and comfort working in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment Desire to learn and progress a Finance career Additional Information Your impact on Radius will be rewarded with a competitive rewards package plus the opportunity to develop and progress your career in many directions.
