Job Summary
:
Responsible for the day to day management of staff and the efficient operation of the designated facility/facilities and surrounding grounds to ensure the highest standards of staff/customer safety, cleanliness, administration, care and excellence are maintained, in accordance with agreed safety and quality standards. Responsible for programming a varied timetable of activities that achieve income targets as required and ensuring compliance to expenditure budgets.

Average 36 Hours per week
The post holder must be prepared to work outside normal office hours, including evenings, weekends, and Public and extra Statutory Holidays for which the appropriate payment will be made or time in lieu granted if relevant.

Location and Transferability:
Newry Leisure Centre, Newry
The post holder may be required to transfer to other locations in accordance with any requirements stated in the Job Description, any reviews of service delivery or other requirements as may arise from time to time. Any amendments made to work location will be implemented following appropriate consultation and provision of reasonable notice.
