?? What You'll Be Doing
As part of the Planning team, you'll take ownership of ensuring the right raw materials are available at the right time, balancing supply and demand for around 100 SKUs.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Building and managing material plans based on demand, production schedules, and lead times.
Raising and tracking POs to ensure timely delivery of raw ingredients.
Collaborating cross-functionally with production, sourcing, and supply chain to ensure alignment.
Managing supplier relationships to proactively address delays, risks or shortages.
Working closely with warehouse and transport partners to coordinate inbound deliveries.
Supporting NPD trials and recipe changes as new products are rolled out.
Monitoring shelf life, stock accuracy and availability to meet food safety and production standards.
?? Who We're Looking For
We're open to a range of backgrounds - whether you're a driven graduate with some relevant placement experience, or someone with 1-3 years in a planning or supply chain role.
You'll likely have:
Experience in materials, demand or production planning (ideally FMCG or food & beverage).
A strong analytical mindset - comfortable using data to drive decisions.
Great communication skills - clear, proactive and confident in coordinating with suppliers and teams.
Experience using planning tools or ERP systems.
High attention to detail and the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
