Payroll Administrator – £40-45K – 6 month FTC to perm – Piccadilly Circus
My client is a leading financial services firm.
Due to acquisition and head count growth, they are seeking a Payroll Administrator to join them on an initial interim basis who has experience of UK payroll and enjoys payroll administration and managing the vendor relationship in a sole capacity.
Role Responsibilities
* Maintaining employee data changes in Cascade (new starters, leavers, salary changes, etc.).
* Checking and validating payroll outputs provided by Cascade.
* Liaising with Cascade to resolve any payroll queries.
* Supporting HR and Finance with payroll reports and audits.
* Ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Qualifications
* Have strong HRIS or payroll-system skills (Cascade experience preferred).
* Have high attention to detail and enjoy working in a sole role.
* Be comfortable handling sensitive data.
* Have solid understanding of the payroll process and UK statutory requirements (PAYE, NI, pensions).
