RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES
* Maintaining CCTV / Intruder and Access Control systems
* Delivering high calibre customer service at all times
* Assist with completion of necessary on-site documentation for customer files
* Undertake continuous training to improve professional development
* This list is not exhaustive, you may be asked to complete other related duties as and when required
SKILLS SET
* Competent using technology such as laptops, measuring devices, smart phones etc
* Good Customer service skills as you will be dealing with our high-end clients on a day to day basis
* Excellent troubleshooting skills
* Ability to work on own initiative
* Knowledge of relevant industry standards
