Key responsibilities

* Manage enquiries from initial lead to project award
* Deal with customers queries in a timely manner
* Build relationships with existing and new customers
* Prepare accurate sales proposals
* Carry out site meetings when required
* Identify and develop new business opportunities

o Experience working in the modular construction industry in a Sales Capacity
o Experience developing relationships with clients by phone and in person
o Dedication to customer experience
o Self motivated with a relentless drive to succeed
o Able to embrace change and implementing process improvements
o Must be able to travel & stay away from home from time to time
o Full UK Driving License
