An Estates Building Supervisor is required for a small dedicated management team, working closely with the Estates Managers and Estates Officers within the Estates Department based at Stirling Health and Care Village.
Reporting to the Estates Building Manager, the post holder will act as Team Leader and co‑ordinate effectively a multi‑skilled team of craftsmen comprising Joiners, Plasterer, Painters and Grounds Craftsmen, ensuring all maintenance work operations are completed to approved statutory standards.
Ability and willingness to travel throughout the area of service delivery is essential for this post.

Working Hours and Pay
As from 1/4/26, the Agenda for Change full‑time working week will be reducing from 37 to 36 hours per week. Part‑time hours will be reduced pro‑rata. However, there will be a corresponding increase in the hourly rate so that pay will not be affected.
