Be self aware of the luxury service delivered to clients to gain loyalty. Be a brand ambassador both internally and externally to influence the rest of the team. Support team management to ensure that all execution goes smoothly, including but not limited to visual merchandising guidelines. Support team management by communication on any stock issues, completing any administrative or operational tasks, which could include low level employee relations and KPI tracking (key performance indicators). Be a project leader in implementing events such as store masterclasses from start to finish, supporting appointment bookings in line with CRM communications and Dior connect, working closely with the Head Office Team. Adhere to all company and store policies and guidelines. Carry out any additional duties as directed by the team management team. The training you will be getting Level 3 Retail Team Leader apprenticeship standard, including Functional Skills if required. This is a work based programme which means that all of your learning will take place on the site of your employment and within your contracted working hours. We host supporting workshops regularly throughout the apprenticeship which you can attend in person at our Derby Road campus. You will work with expert assessors to develop new knowledge, skills and behaviours within the profession. You will experience a blended learning model. You will gather learning evidence, journals and off-the-job records using your e-portfolio. At the end of the planned learning period, it will be agreed that you are ready to enter 'Gateway' and for your End Point Assessment to be arranged.
