* Pontefract
* Castleford
* Featherstone and Crofton areas.

Our offer
· Salary: £24,704.16 per annum pro rata + paid travel time (£12.84 per hour) tax free mileage expenses paid in addition to your salary (45p per mile)
· Salaried positions, 5 week's holiday plus bank holidays, company pension & sick pay
. Paid days leave for your birthday to be taken in the month of your birthday.
· Various hours' contracts available up to 25 hours with the option of overtime (min 16 hour contracts)
· Paid training provided, paid travel time and mileage allowance worked out via Google Maps
· No experience necessary
· Work in your local community and across Wakefield District
· Flexible working within the service hours (7am to 10pm) including unsociable hours working early mornings, evenings, alternate weekends and Bank Holidays.
· A work phone and app to complete visit tasks if required
· Every call is planned so you can spend time with them (even time for a cuppa in some occassions)
· Applicants must be willing to undergo an enhanced DBS check
· Drivers with access to own vehicle essential

Responsibilities
* Assist clients with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and safety at home.
* Support with personal care needs- including washing, dressing, continence care and other tasks
* Medication support
* Support clients in following care plans tailored to their individual needs.
* Maintain clear communication with clients and their families to provide updates on care.
* Document care provided and report any changes in client conditions to the appropriate personnel.
* Drive to clients' homes as needed, ensuring timely and reliable service.
* Utilise IT skills to manage scheduling and documentation efficiently.
