This is a high-impact, individual contributor role, ideal for a strategic sales professional who thrives in complex enterprise environments and has a passion for technology.
Own the full sales cycle-from prospecting to negotiation and close-working with both technical stakeholders and C-level executives.
Create and execute strategic account plans that deliver on quarterly and annual sales goals.
Engage with cross-functional teams (presales, marketing, customer success) to deliver tailored solutions.
Maintain accurate forecasts and pipeline management using CRM tools.
5+ years in enterprise software sales with a proven track record in the Benelux and EMEA region.
~ Strong technical aptitude with the ability to communicate value to both IT teams and executive leadership.
~ Self-starter mentality with excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
~ Fluent in English; plus suitable regional language - either fluent or native
~ Willingness to travel within the region as needed (40%).
Background or technical knowledge in Microsoft 365 ecosystems.
Experience working in high-growth, remote-first companies.
