As we continue to grow, we are seeking a passionate and experienced Level 3 eSports Study Programme Manager to lead our educational initiatives and shape the future of eSports education. - As the Level 3 eSports Study Programme Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our Level 3 eSports study programme, ensuring its effectiveness, relevance, and alignment with industry standards. You will play a pivotal role in curriculum development, student engagement, and academic excellence, while fostering a supportive learning environment that nurtures the talents and ambitions of our students. - Skills & Experience Applicants must have or be willing to work towards a nationally approved Stage 3 teaching qualification (Cert Ed, PGCE or equivalent), hold a minimum of a level 2 qualification in English and/or maths, and have a thorough understanding and deep knowledge of the sector gained through occupational experience or a Level 5 qualification in a relevant subject. - Applicants must be prepared to motivate, inspire, coach and mentor learners into careers in the Creative & Digital sector through excellent teaching & learning. - Benefits We have excellent terms and conditions of employment.
