Keep Poundland moving one pick at a time! Were hiring Warehouse Operatives to join our fast-paced Poundland Regional Distribution Centre. Youll be responsible for picking stock using LLOP machines to help ensure our stores across the UK are fully stocked and ready to serve millions of customers. Your role will involve: Using LLOP (Low Level Order Picker) machines to navigate the warehouse Accurately picking stock items using voice/headset systems or RF scanners Stacking and wrapping pallets ready for dispatch Meeting pick targets and maintaining safety standards Supporting general warehouse tasks as required ?? What were looking for: Previous experience using LLOP preferred (training available for the right candidates) Experience working in a warehouse or logistics environment Attention to detail and ability to work to pick rates Team player with a positive and reliable attitude Able to work on your feet and lift items throughout the shift
