Key Responsibilities
1. Conduct deep fundamental research and financial analysis across industrial and sustainability-related sectors.
2. Develop and maintain high-conviction investment ideas to support a global long/short equity strategy.
3. Engage directly with portfolio managers and senior investors to refine and present investment theses.
4. Assess company transition strategies — particularly in relation to sustainability, innovation, and industrial transformation.
5. Monitor portfolio positions, track sector trends, and contribute to overall strategy discussions within the investment team.
What We’re Looking For
6. Minimum 4 years’ experience working in an investment team, ideally in long/short equity.
7. Strong analytical and financial modelling skills, with a solid grounding in fundamental equity research.
8. Demonstrated expertise in industrials, with additional exposure to sustainability or ESG themes.
9. A genuine interest in advancing technologies and their impact on traditional industries.
10. Open to diverse backgrounds — prior buy-side or sell-side investment experience is essential.
11. Collaborative, intellectually curious, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment.
