This temporary position offers a competitive hourly rate of £20.57 PAYE, in addition to access to professional training, opportunities for career progression, and 21 days of annual leave (plus Bank Holidays). Please note: A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential for this role. Key Responsibilities: " Secure high-quality, appropriately sized and located private sector accommodation to fulfil the Council's statutory homelessness duties. " Develop partnerships with emergency accommodation providers, including hotels, to source temporary housing-negotiating competitive rates and ensuring compliance with legislative standards. " Support wider Council housing needs by procuring accommodation for vulnerable groups such as care leavers, individuals with no recourse to public funds, and those experiencing mental health challenges. " Ensure all sourced properties meet regulatory standards and offer best value, aligning with Pan London Rates where applicable.
