We’re looking for a passionate and guest-focused Restaurant
Manager to become a valued part of our outstanding Straits Kitchen Restaurant
& Bar team at Pan Pacific London.
You bring confidence, empathy, and professionalism to every

JOB SUMMARY
As a Restaurant Manager in our Straits Kitchen Restaurant
& Bar, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional, personalised
experiences for every guest. You will be a true ambassador of Pan Pacific
London, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence. Your
responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Supervises and manages employees. Manages all
day-to-day operations. Understands employee positions well enough to perform
duties in employees' absence.

Utilises interpersonal and communication
skills to lead, influence, and encourage others; advocates sound
financial/business decision making; demonstrates honesty/integrity; leads by
example.
·
Incorporates guest satisfaction as a component
of departmental meetings with a focus on continuous improvement.
·
Manages service delivery in outlets to ensure
excellent service from point of entry to departure.
·
Provides guidance and direction to subordinates,
including setting performance standards and monitoring performance.
