This job is located in Derby but hybrid working is available with potential to be onsite just one day a week if you are commuting from far away.
Leading email strategy for a portfolio of lifestyle, fashion, and travel brands – ensuring campaigns align with broader marketing and revenue goals.
Creating and presenting channel strategies directly to clients, backed by performance data and customer journey insights.
Auditing client email accounts (primarily on Klaviyo), identifying performance gaps, compliance issues, and strategic opportunities.
Building high-performing campaigns and flows using segmentation, personalisation, and automated logic.
Continually testing, learning, and optimising – from subject lines and send times to content, CTAs, and flow logic.
Working closely with designers and copywriters to ensure brand-aligned, conversion-friendly creative.
Tracking performance using tools like Klaviyo analytics, GA4, and client dashboards.
You will have 3+ years of hands-on experience in email marketing, ideally within an agency or DTC environment and strong working knowledge of Klaviyo would be ideal (other platforms considered) including flows, A/B testing, segmentation, and analytics.
As a confident communicator and presenter, you will be able to explain data-driven strategy in a clear, compelling way with a strong grasp of data, testing frameworks, and creative optimisation.
