Job title: Graduate Teaching Assistant
Location: Spalding
Salary: £90 - £110 per day
Start Date: September 2025
Contract Type: Full time or part time
GSL Education are looking for enthusiastic graduates and students who want to gain paid experience in a school. As a Graduate TA, you’ll support pupils and teachers in the classroom, helping to create a positive learning environment while developing your own professional skills.
Responsibilities:
* Support teachers with lesson delivery and classroom management
* Provide one-to-one or small group support to pupils
* Help prepare classroom resources and learning materials
* Assist students with their learning and development
* Support children with additional needs when required
* Join in with school activities, meetings, and events
Requirements:
* A degree in any subject (recent graduates encouraged to apply)
* Passionate about working with children and education
* Must live in the UK and have the right to work
* Reliable, positive, and eager to learn
* School experience is helpful but not essential
