We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated teacher who is ready to take the next step in their career by taking on a Teaching and Learning Responsibility (TLR2). This role is perfect for someone ready to lead a core subject, drive forward curriculum excellence, and support high-quality teaching and learning across Key Stage 1 and 2. You will: Lead and develop a core subject or subjects, ensuring consistent high standards. Coach and support colleagues, sharing outstanding practice. Work collaboratively with senior leaders to raise achievement. Assist in the quality of teaching and provision in the whole school Demonstrate exemplary classroom practice that inspires both pupils and staff. We are looking for someone who: Has recent experience teaching in Key Stage 1 and 2. Has a proven track record of raising attainment and progress. Can confidently lead subject development and influence whole-school improvement. Is an excellent communicator and effective team player. Uses data to inform practice and drive strategic decisions.
