We are looking for a Business Change Partner to join the Business Improvement team. As a Business Change Partner you will be collaborating with various teams and service areas across the Group to build upon, and further enhance the organisational capabilities they need to succeed in moving forwards, promoting the development of our ‘digital first' agenda to achieve this.

Requirements
Outline of Key responsibilities for the Business Change Partner...
* Working closely with key stakeholders this role will play a significant part in delivering a wide variety of business change to ensure our people, policies, processes, workflow and technology requirements deliver against customer expectations and strategic objectives.
* To deliver change initiatives of varying degrees of size and complexity, focussed on identifying and implementing opportunities to improve the customer and colleague experience, support performance commitments, and drive efficiency through customer focussed operational effectiveness.
* Take a lead role in delivering projects within an agreed set of agile project methodologies that incorporate structures, standards, processes, documentation and reporting, which fits the needs of the business and puts emphasis on the quality of decision making and timely project delivery.
* Initiate regular progress meetings and transparency of delivery, keep projects on track, helping to identify and remove roadblocks when needed. Work with Service Leads in the coordination, project management and delivery of key strategic projects and service reviews.
* Work with internal stakeholders and our ICT Team to identify and test innovations from within and outside the sector with transformational potential in line with our new Transformation Strategy and Digital evolution journey.
* Deliver key strategic projects through identification, development, implementation, and transition into business as usual adopting an agile project management approach.
We are looking for someone who has...
* Experience in the delivery of effective project management and associated methodologies.
* Experience of the co-ordination and implementation of service reviews to achieve efficiencies, performance improvement and increased customer satisfaction.
* Able to demonstrate the ability to work and solve problems in an innovative manner.
* Able to provide positive examples of motivating and supporting colleagues within a team through periods of change and acting as an enabler of high performance.
* Experience of working with others to deliver solutions at pace.
* Experience of delivering projects using an agile and sprint-based approach.
* Knowledge and understanding of the need for and impact of change and continual evolution on key service areas.
* Knowledge and understanding of the use of technology and the drive to be digital to drive efficiency, performance and increased customer satisfaction.
