Day to day responsibilties: Gaining candidate interest in assignment processes by representing our practices and opportunities with compelling and credible messages Telephone screening of all candidates to assess suitability to specific roles whilst building long-term relationships Use and maintain the recruitment system to support the recruitment process and ensure that all data is accurate and up to date Understand competitor practices and maintain a focus on continuous improvement to allow us to attract and select the best candidates Creating Hakim Group advocates by providing a memorable candidate experience, using feedback and best practice Skills, knowledge and experience: You’ll have excellent knowledge about the employee lifecycle and know how to deliver an exceptional candidate experience. You’ll be a natural communicator, who is personable with the ability to interact, influence and build relationships at all levels.
