The Role
As HR & Staffing Administrator, you will work closely with the School Business Manager and Senior Leadership Team to ensure that all staffing processes are compliant, efficient and well-documented.
Key responsibilities include:
• Managing safer recruitment processes from advert to appointment
• Coordinating DBS checks and maintaining the Single Central Record
• Preparing contracts, offer letters and induction documentation
• Monitoring staff absence records and maintaining HR files
• Supporting payroll preparation and data reporting
• Ensuring compliance with safeguarding and employment legislation
Accuracy, confidentiality and attention to detail are essential in this role.
