Kennedys is seeking an Associateto join our Manchester, Leeds, Sheffield or Birmingham office, supporting our work on defendant-side public sector claims. This is an exceptional opportunity to manage a mixed and interesting caseload including EL/PL claims and assisting on more complex matters including claims relating to abuse.

Team

Our national personal injury practice operates from seven offices across the UK, handling complex, high-profile cases led by Partners who are recognised as market leaders in the field. We regularly manage UK claims involving cross-border quantum investigations, supported by our international network.

We focus on delivering practical, outcome-driven legal solutions—avoiding unnecessary complexity. Our commitment to innovation is reflected in our in-house R&D capabilities and award-winning product suite, which drive continuous improvement in legal processes and client service.

Required experience

10. Demonstrable expertise in EL/PL and highways claims

11. Familiarity with blue light services and claims involving stress, harassment, or abuse
