An exciting opportunity has arisen to work in the Facilities Management Services team.
The team supports corporate council buildings by providing administrative support across the organisation, including finance and invoicing transactions, post room duties, building management support such as meeting room co-ordination and reception facilities and other administrative support.
* You will have good experience of working in an administrative and general financial environment, and a flexible approach to work.
* You will be able to work under pressure to meet deadlines, and in response to a busy and changing environment.
* Have good planning, organisational and prioritisation skills are therefore essential to this busy and exciting role.

This role is part-time working 5 hours Monday-Thursday and 4 hours on a Friday, based at council buildings in Scunthorpe.
