This position offers a varied and engaging workload, primarily focused on public sector projects, including social and affordable housing, council buildings and occasional education related projects. You will have the opportunity to work across multiple aspects of building surveying, with tasks tailored to your experience, strengths and career ambitions. Core responsibilities may include:
* Contract Administration and management
* Planned Preventative Maintenance
* Project Management of both minor and larger scale schemes
* Acting as Employers Agent on selected projects
* Preparation of Specifications and defect diagnosis
* Fire Safety compliance and advice
