I'm working with a highly regarded law firm to find a Solicitor specialising in Court of Protection.
Our client is a well-established law firm known for its dedication to protecting vulnerable individuals' rights and interests. With a team renowned for its expertise in the Court of Protection, they deliver ethical, high-quality legal services in cases involving health and welfare, mental capacity, and community care.
I'm looking for a solicitor with experience in the Mental Capacity Act 2005, including applications under s16 and s21A, and a passion for working on cases that ensure the welfare and dignity of vulnerable clients. The role involves managing a varied caseload of welfare matters, providing support on deprivation of liberty safeguards, and participating in complex, ethically sensitive cases. Experience in handling Court of Protection matters and Legal Aid work would be a significant advantage.
This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Wigan, offering a competitive salary and benefits package.
