We're a supportive, friendly and professional team—and we're growing. We're now looking for a Care Coordinator to help run our Leicester service and champion outstanding, reliable care.
The Role
As a Care Coordinator, you'll ensure the safe, effective and efficient delivery of our domiciliary care service. You'll manage rotas for continuity and punctuality, support carers day-to-day, maintain accurate records and be a key point of contact for clients, families and professionals.
Key Responsibilities
* Build and maintain efficient rotas that prioritise continuity, punctuality and travel time.
* Allocate care packages and coordinate new starts, reviews and spot checks.
* Support safe care planning, risk assessments and documentation.
* Liaise with clients, families, local partners (LA/ICS/community teams) to resolve issues quickly.
* Monitor medication prompts/MAR records and contribute to quality audits.
* Participate in on-call and respond to real-time service changes.
* Assist with recruitment, onboarding, supervisions and ongoing training of care staff.
* Maintain CQC compliance (KLOEs): record-keeping, incident reporting, safeguarding escalation.
* Track KPIs (capacity, continuity, punctuality, client satisfaction) and support service growth.
What We're Looking For
* Experience in domiciliary/home care coordination (scheduling/rostering) or senior care role.
* Strong knowledge of CQC expectations, safeguarding and person-centred care.
* Excellent organisation and communication; calm under pressure and solutions-focused.
* Confident using care planning/rostering systems and MS Office.
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle preferred.
