Receptionist / Admin Support – Permanent, 20 hrs per week. Base: Caludon Centre – Main Reception. Times: Mon‑Fri 13:00‑17:00.


Role Overview

We are looking to recruit a Receptionist / Administrative support role within an Adult Mental Health service.

The post-holder will be required to work within an integrated and skill mixed team, reporting to the Admin Team Coordinator and providing an effective and efficient reception and admin support service to clinicians and managers across the service.


Responsibilities

* Front‑of‑house greeting patients and visitors.
* Answer telephone calls on the main switchboard, take messages, set clinic room bookings.
* Maintain care records, scan documents and data inputting using CareNotes/SystmOne.
* Provide general admin support to other services when required within the building.
* Multi‑task under pressure and work flexibly to meet the needs of the service.


Qualifications

* GCSE level with an administration NVQ, QCF or equivalent experience.
* Confident telephone manner, good IT skills, high level communication skills, attention to detail and sensitivity.
* Organisational skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Standard DBS check required – applicant responsible for financing the DBS.
