About the Role We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Senior Rent & Service Charge Officer to join our team on a fixed-term contract for 12 months. In this role, you will be responsible for managing complex caseloads and working closely with key stakeholders to ensure the delivery of timely and effective services. You will collaborate with colleagues to prevent and reduce debt, promote value for money, and act as a subject matter expert to provide guidance, support, and training across the team. Proven experience in investigating and resolving complex billing and collection enquiries. Experience in building relationships and managing stakeholders effectively.
