Introduction
Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for a German Speaking Business Development Executive to join an expanding European team. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven B2B sales professional who enjoys prospecting, generating opportunities, and building long-term client relationships.
Key Duties:
* Maintain, update, and expand the customer database through proactive prospecting.
* Identify and target new contacts within assigned accounts and industry sectors.
* Conduct online research, cold calling, direct outreach, and email campaigns.
* Engage with decision-makers across target organisations.
* Generate new business opportunities across European markets.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
* Qualify inbound enquiries and convert them into opportunities.
* Work with senior team members to progress and close leads.
* Provide reporting on sales pipeline activity.
* Participate in meetings with the wider global team.
* Travel occasionally within Europe for client meetings and exhibitions.
Requirements:
* Minimum three years' experience within B2B sales or business development across Europe.
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
* Proactive and target-driven approach to business development.
* Experience using LinkedIn and other web-based platforms for prospecting.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to build strong business relationships.
* Excellent organisation and time management skills.
* Collaborative approach to working with international teams.
* Confident, competitive, and results-driven attitude.
* Willingness to travel occasionally within Europe.
* German language skills essential.
