Pulse has recently partnered with one of the UK’s leading providers of healthcare solutions. We are currently seeking an experienced Radiographer (MRI) to support the clinical leadership of the service. This position is based in Sheffield, which is easily accessible via public transport.
About the role:
As a Radiographer, you will deliver a responsive diagnostic radiographic service within a multidisciplinary team, maintaining high standards of patient care.
Main responsibilities include:
* Ensuring safe practice in line with departmental protocols.
* Performing MRI examinations accurately, safely, and efficiently.
* Demonstrating basic skills and knowledge in MRI, serving as a role model for junior Radiographers and fostering their development.
* Maintaining positive professional relationships with medical and non-medical staff, advocating for excellence in service and standards within MRI.
* Acting as a deputy for the Superintendent in their absence, ensuring continuity and effective communication.
* Delivering a high-quality, responsive MRI service within a multidisciplinary team.
Qualifications and experience required:
* Participation in professional lectures, study days, and workshops.
* DCR or BSc in Radiography.
* HCPC registration.
* Relevant postgraduate training or education evidence.
