The role will involve working on a broad range of commercial real estate matters, including:
1. Acquisitions and disposals
2. Commercial lettings and asset management
3. Development and regeneration projects
4. Real estate support for corporate and finance transactions
5. Client advisory work for institutional investors, developers, and major corporates
The firm is looking for a qualified solicitor with minimum 5 years’ PQE and strong technical experience across commercial real estate. Candidates should have excellent drafting skills, the ability to supervise junior colleagues, and a proactive, commercially focused approach.
