We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Nursery Assistant to join our vibrant early years setting. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is committed to helping children learn, grow, and thrive in a safe and stimulating environment.

What You’ll Do:
* Support the planning and delivery of fun, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework.
* Provide high-quality care and support to children aged 0–5 years.
* Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
* Observe and monitor children's development, keeping accurate records.
* Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.

✅ What We’re Looking For:
* A Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education (e.g., CACHE, NVQ, or equivalent).
* Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting.
* A caring, patient, and positive approach.
* Good knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding practices.
* Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
* A valid enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one).
