Job Title: Workplace Facilities Coordinator

Location: Arcadis Offices, 103 Colmore Row, Birmingham, B3 3AG

Contract: ISS – Arcadis Account

Employment Type: Full-Time, Office-Based (37.5 hours per week)


About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive and organised Workplace Facilities Coordinator to join our team on-site at Arcadis in Birmingham. This role plays a vital part in the smooth operation of the workplace, supporting day-to-day facilities activity and ensuring an excellent environment for employees and visitors.

As the key administrative support for the Facilities Management team, you'll be central to keeping things running efficiently – coordinating services, managing data and systems, and supporting communication across the site.


Responsibilities

* Provide day-to-day support to the Workplace Facilities Manager and team
* Coordinate workplace services including cleaning, catering, and maintenance
* Maintain accurate records and workplace documentation
* Monitor data systems, track workplace usage, and assist with reporting
* Support budget tracking, invoice processing, and supplier coordination
* Act as the first point of contact for workplace-related queries
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and ESG policies
* Support internal communications and help roll out workplace initiatives
* Identify opportunities for improving processes and service delivery


What You’ll Bring

* Previous experience in a coordination or facilities support role (preferred)
* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
* Excellent communication and customer service abilities
* Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
* Knowledge of health and safety processes (advantageous)
* A flexible, collaborative and solutions-focused approach
