Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Night Shift)
Hours: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM (Monday to Thursday inclusive) Salary: £30,000 - £33,000 (Negotiable)Location: 100% Remote (Occasional travel to Manchester - very rare)
About the Role
My client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service professional to join a busy team on a night shift basis. This role is fully remote, offering flexibility while requiring independence and strong problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries promptly and professionally.
Manage logistics-related enquiries and coordinate with carriers and third-party providers.
Monitor and respond to emails in the shared inbox.
Ensure smooth communication between customers and operational teams.
Work independently during night hours to maintain service standards.Requirements
Essential: Previous experience in plant or machine hire industry.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Ability to work autonomously and make decisions under minimal supervision.
Comfortable with remote working and occasional travel to Manchester (rare).
Proficient in handling multiple queries and prioritising tasks effectively.What the client Offers
