We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Lecturer in Retrofit & Sustainability to join our dynamic team at Abingdon & Witney College (Net Zero Skills Hub).
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of future professionals in the built environment sector, focusing on sustainable design, energy efficiency, and low carbon retrofit strategies.
You will play a key role in delivering high-quality teaching activities aligned with the institution's sustainability goals and the evolving needs of the construction and environmental sectors.
We are looking for someone who is:
* Passionate about sustainability and the built environment.
* Experienced in retrofit practices, energy modelling, or sustainable construction.
* Committed to innovative teaching and student success.
* Eager to contribute to industry engagement.
Although a teaching and assessing qualification is desirable, we will consider candidates who are new to teaching. Training in these areas will be provided.
