Location: Hybrid (Remote + Wembley Stadium London Headquarters)
Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Reports to: Head of Global Student Recruitment

Role Overview:
Support recruitment strategies by engaging with prospective students globally, representing GIS at events, and building strong relationships. Manage recruitment campaigns, CRM systems, and student engagement across communication platforms. Ensure seamless event delivery, administrative support, and logistical coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Qualification and Sales Funnel Management:
* Respond to inquiries via email, phone, and social media, providing timely responses.
* Assess leads using agreed frameworks to determine suitability.
* Build and nurture relationships through targeted email and phone campaigns, providing information on courses, admissions, scholarships, and university life.
* Maintain and update CRM systems, tracking the recruitment journey from initial contact to application.
Events:
* Assist in planning, coordinating, and delivering recruitment events, including open days, webinars, school visits, and campus tours.
* Support logistical arrangements for in-person and virtual events.
* Coordinate with internal departments and external partners.
* Represent GIS at various events and support student ambassadors.
Communication and Engagement:
* Create and distribute promotional materials and digital content.
* Respond to inquiries from prospective students, parents, and educators, ensuring excellent customer service.
Data Management and Reporting:
* Maintain CRM data accuracy and analyze event and lead data for strategy improvement.
Administrative Support:
* Assist with administrative tasks, budgets, schedules, and attendee lists.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:

* University degree or relevant qualification, ideally related to sports, education, or recruitment.
* Interest and knowledge in sports industry, education, and event management.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Ability to work independently and in teams.
* Proactive, adaptable, and target-driven with experience in recruitment or sales.
* Experience with CRM systems and online event platforms.
