Key duties
* Providing personal care, including bathing, toileting, dressing, and assistance with feeding
* Administering medication
* Engaging in residents' daily activities, hobbies, or outings
* Following care plans and company policies
* Building honest and considerate relationships with residents
* Maintaining daily written records
* Attending and completing required training
Personal Attributes
Patience, reliability, flexibility, teamwork, and good communication skills are essential qualities for a successful Social Care Worker.

Hurst House, located in Swindon, supports up to 10 residents with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs.
