IT Support Analyst Were looking for an IT Support Analyst, with around 2-3 years experience to join a team supporting users across the company, main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following: Provide first and second-line technical support to end users Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues Support and maintain Windows 10 and Windows 11 environments Manage user accounts, permissions, and group policies in Active Directory Assist with basic networking tasks (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) Log, track, and resolve incidents and service requests Escalate complex issues where necessary and follow through to resolution Maintain clear documentation and contribute to knowledge bases Skills & Experience Previous experience in a IT support / service desk role Good working knowledge of Windows 10 & 11 Hands-on experience with Active Directory (user management, password resets, permissions) Understanding of networking principles Strong communication and customer service skills A proactive attitude and willingness to learn Desirable (but not essential) IT-related qualifications or certifications (e.g. CompTIA, Microsoft) Experience with ticketing systems Exposure to Office 365 / Microsoft 365
