Job Title: Production / Mixing AssociateOverview
The Mixing Associate is responsible for preparing and blending raw materials in accordance with batch instructions to support efficient production. This role plays a key part in ensuring product quality, safety, and consistency, while maintaining cleanliness and compliance with company procedures and industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities
* Accurately weigh and mix raw materials following production formulas and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
* Operate mixing equipment safely and efficiently
* Monitor mixing processes and make adjustments as needed to ensure consistency and quality
* Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to hygiene and safety standards
* Record batch information and process data accurately
* Handle material transfers, inventory tracking, and labelling
* Assist with routine maintenance and equipment checks
Skills & Requirements
* Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred
* Ability to follow detailed instructions and adhere to safety procedures
* Comfortable working with weights, measurements, and basic math
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) for data entry and communication
* Forklift experience is desirable but not essential (training can be provided)
* Physically capable of lifting materials and standing for extended periods
