As our Lecturer in Equine, you will join our outstanding team at Brinsbury College and deliver creative and innovative lessons to students working predominantly with Equine subjects from Level 1 to 3. There may also be some low-level Animal Care delivery in addition depending on the profile of the successful candidate. This is a teaching role with a difference We have indoor stabling for 23 horses, one indoor and two outdoor arenas, plus a training cross-country course. Our Lecturer in Equine will have a proactive and positive approach to work, and hold a level 5 qualification (or equivalent) in a relevant subject, alongside industry experience. Teaching experience is preferable, as you will be planning, delivering and assessing groups of students in both theory and practical aspects of the course. However, full teacher training is available for the right candidate if required.
