**Responsibilities**
* Collaborate with the Head Chef to plan and execute menu items in accordance with quality standards
* Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to meet restaurant standards
* Assist in managing and motivating kitchen staff, including training, scheduling, and supervision
* Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
* Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
* Contribute to menu development and innovation
* Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
* Uphold high standards of quality control
