Job Title: Review Officer
Location: Sudbury
Hours: Full Time (37.5 hours per week)
Salary: £25,000 per year
Forest Homecare is seeking a dedicated Review Officer to join our team based in Sudbury. The Review Officer will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and effectiveness of our care and support services by conducting thorough reviews and assessments.
Your main duties will include:
- Conduct comprehensive reviews of care plans to assess their effectiveness and make recommendations for improvements.
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure that service users' needs are met efficiently and compassionately.
- Document review findings accurately and maintain detailed records for compliance purposes.
- Identify areas for enhancement in service delivery and contribute to the continuous improvement of care practices.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including service users, families, and internal teams.
Requirements:
- Proficient in report writing to convey review findings clearly and concisely.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Prior experience in a similar role within the healthcare or social care sector is preferred.
