We’re looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join a dynamic, fast-paced organisation, supporting senior leaders to deliver impactful people strategies across a multi-site environment.
This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a true partnering role where you’ll influence, challenge, and support leadership teams while driving engagement, workforce planning, and organisational performance.
The Role:
* Supporting senior HR Business Partner
* Partnering with senior stakeholders to provide expert HR advice
* Coach, train, support and challenge relevant stakeholders and team members
* Supporting workforce planning and organisational design
* Driving engagement initiatives and analysing people data
* Supporting talent development, succession planning, and L&D
* Contributing to change programmes, restructures, and transformation
About you:
* CIPD Level 5 qualified (or working towards)
* Has strong generalist HR experience (ideally in a complex or unionised environment)
* Can influence and build credibility with senior stakeholders
* Is comfortable working across multiple sites and priorities
* Brings a data-driven and strategic mindset
