Overview
We are partnering with a key client to appoint an experienced and driven HR Business Partner to support their UK operations. This is a highly visible role focused on driving consistency, improving processes, and enhancing the overall effectiveness of the HR function.
This opportunity is open to candidates (insurance background would be a bonus) from a range of sector backgrounds — what matters most is a strong foundation in HR and a passion for building and improving processes.
Key Responsibilities
* Partner with senior stakeholders to deliver effective HR solutions aligned to business needs
* Drive process improvement across core HR activities, ensuring consistency and efficiency
* Support and influence organisational change, helping embed best practice
* Lead on employee relations matters, providing pragmatic and commercially sound advice
* Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
* Analyse HR data and trends to inform decision-making and continuous improvement
* Work collaboratively with wider HR teams to ensure a joined-up approach
Key Requirements
* Proven experience in an HR Business Partner or similar role
* Strong track record of improving and embedding HR processes
* Confident stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
* Solid understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice
* A proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong attention to detail
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
* CIPD qualification (or equivalent) preferred
