T400 Stress Engineer
Location: Broughton (onsite)
Contract: 12 months
Pay Rate: Up to £52 p/h umbrella
Shifts: Nights (30% uplift) or Double Days (20% uplift)

We are seeking an experienced Stress Engineer to support wing structural analysis activities within an onsite engineering team. This role involves analysing composite and metallic aircraft components, supporting concessions and repairs, and ensuring structural integrity and airworthiness.
Key Responsibilities
Perform static structural analysis on composite and metallic components.
Provide stress justification for repairs and concessions.
Produce margins/reserve factors using approved engineering methods.
Contribute to maintaining structural compliance and airworthiness standards.
Requirements
Ideally holds T400 stress/signatory approval (or strong concessions/stress background).
Aviation sector experience essential.
Familiarity with composite and metallic aircraft structures.
Ability to work night shifts or double‑day rotation.
Shift Patterns
Night Shift (Mon-Thu): 20:45-06:00
Double Days (Alternating Weeks):
Mornings: 06:00-13:10
Afternoons: 13:30-20:40
