Pay Rate: £95 – £120 per day (depending on experience)

GSL Education are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Data Manager to join a supportive and forward-thinking school in Nottingham. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive professional who is passionate about data integrity, reporting, and supporting whole-school improvement through accurate and timely information management.
In this role of Data Manager, you will:
* Manage, maintain, and analyse pupil data to support tracking, reporting, and school improvement strategies.
* Ensure the accuracy of assessment, attendance, behaviour, and performance data across school systems.
* Produce regular reports for senior leaders, governors, and external stakeholders.
* Support staff with the effective use of data management systems and MIS platforms.
* Ensure compliance with GDPR, data protection, and school information governance policies.
* Work closely with senior leadership, admin teams, and teaching staff to support operational efficiency.
* Maintain strict confidentiality at all times.
What You’ll Bring as a Data Manager:
* Previous experience in a school data, administration, or MIS-based role (highly desirable).
* Strong IT and data handling skills, with experience using school MIS systems and Microsoft Excel.
* Excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy.
* Strong organisation, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
