Job Title: Quantity Surveyor
We are hiring for our client, a well-established construction and facilities management organisation, to recruit a Quantity Surveyor based in Londonderry. This Quantity Surveyor role focuses on hospital works contracts, supporting the delivery of high-volume maintenance and minor works programmes across healthcare facilities.

The Role
* Prepare cost estimates and quotations for projects up to £1m
* Manage valuations, variations, and final accounts
* Administer JCT, NEC, and maintenance contracts
* Monitor costs, profitability, and cash flow projections
* Liaise with Health Trusts, project teams, and subcontractors
* Support tender pricing and bid submissions
* Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and audit requirements
The Person
* Degree in Quantity Surveying or similar qualification
* 2+ years experience in a Quantity Surveyor role
* Experience in maintenance or minor works (public sector desirable)
* Strong knowledge of NEC/JCT and Schedule of Rates
* Excellent commercial, analytical, and negotiation skills
* Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel
