 
        
        We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, hardworking and organised individual to be a core member of staff within the Clinical Audit Team at Hywel Dda University Health Board. The post holder will play a key role in driving forward improvements in quality and the care that our patients receive.
As a Clinical Audit Officer, you will provide an array of administrative support for a large variety of projects. Working with senior staff the postholder will provide support for clinicians ensuring that quality improvement is at the heart of every project.
You will be invited to join a friendly and supportive team, enabling the promotion and support of clinical audit activity throughout the Health Board. The successful applicant will be self‑motivated, hardworking, and ready to learn about the role of the Clinical Audit Department and the wider quality agenda.
Previous experience in an administrative, secretarial or related role is a firm foundation. Other skills from different areas are welcome additions to our diverse team. You will need to demonstrate practical knowledge and experience of working with databases, spreadsheets and other software, good interpersonal and communication skills, strong organisational abilities, an excellent team player attitude, and an eye for detail.
Knowledge of the Clinical Audit field is essential, though training and support will be provided to all new members of staff.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
